What we’re looking for

We are looking for a bilingual, service-oriented coordinator to support the province-wide implementation of Ontario’s Financial Literacy Graduation Requirement. You are an organized and collaborative communicator who can manage stakeholder inquiries, coordinate complex implementation activities, and help education partners navigate technical, privacy, documentation, and onboarding requirements in both

English

and

French.

How you will make an impact

Provide responsive implementation support and stakeholder communications in English and French for school boards, school authorities, private schools, educators, and Ministry partners.

Coordinate, track, and help resolve technical, privacy, information-sharing, and implementation-related inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.

Support stakeholder onboarding, implementation planning, agreement administration, and the preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure implementation activities are completed efficiently, consistently, and on schedule.

Monitor outstanding requests, maintain organized records, identify emerging issues, and contribute to timely, high-quality service for education partners across Ontario.

What you will bring to TVO

Professional fluency in

English

and

French

, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Experience coordinating programs, projects, client services, stakeholder communications, or implementation activities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple requests, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

Sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach to handling sensitive, technical, privacy-related, or operational inquiries and escalating issues appropriately.

Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and diverse external education partners.
